Annamarie is a civil litigator handling a wide variety of major accident claims on behalf of injured clients and those affected by unfair inheritances.

Annamarie is a civil litigator and practices in the areas of Personal Injury and Estate Litigation.  She handles a wide variety of major accident claims on behalf of injured clients and also represents clients who are affected by unfair inheritances.

As the litigation process is inherently adversarial, she believes in building strong relationships with her clients and guides them all the way through to the conclusion of their cases.  This approach helps her clients to navigate their claims with more ease and ultimately, more successfully. 

Annamarie was called to the South African bar and started her career in law in Vancouver as legal assistant, paralegal and manager in a downtown law firm.  After completing her articles, she was called to the BC Bar in 2005. 

In addition to her private practice, Annamarie is also an instructor at Capilano University’s School of Legal Studies.

When away from the office, Annamarie enjoys international travel, cooking, going for short runs, walking her dogs and hanging out with her husband and young adult sons.
